Items Refund Policy

Return and Exchange

  • All replacements for incorrect/ defective item received are free and will be proceed once we received the returned parcel.
  • All items must be returned in their original condition(unwashed, unworn and unaltered). Items which do not fulfill these criteria will be rejected duly.
  • Replacement is only for the same design in same color and size.
  • We do provide cash refund ONLY for the defective item which is out of stock in our system.
  • Please note that a RM8(West Malaysia)/ RM12(East Malaysia) handling fee will be charged for item which incurred in exchanging sizes.

Not Returnable and Exchangeable:

  • Free size/ one size/ sales items are non-refundable & non-exchangeable.
  • If color runs/ fades due to incorrect washing method/ soaked, item is strictly not returnable and exchangeable.
  • Color may varies due to monitor resolution and studio lighting used.
  • Please allow 20% of color variation, it may appear darker or lighter.
  • Color variation is strictly not returnable and exchangeable.
  • Discrepancy in measurement of 1cm-3cm will not be considered as a defect.

Defected / Incorrect item

  • Customer must make any claims of defects with attachment clear pictures to show, including but not limited to those related to shortages, quality, or specification, and must be shipped back to Bentop Collection within 7 working days upon item received. Proof of defect must be verified by Bentop Collection Return to be eligible. We cannot be responsible for shortages when shipments are directed to a third party. It is the responsibility of customer to inspect upon receipt that all products delivered matches its order.We will do an exchange for the exact same item. Only in the event that the item is Out Of Stock , customer may opt to exchange for another item of the same or higher value (Top-up is required) or a refund.
  • All merchandises must be returned in original condition (unaltered, unworn, unwashed and with tags intact). A written authorization from the Bentop Collection must be obtained by the Customer for any returned products. All returns must be made within 7 days upon item received.

Kindly clarify those which are not counted as defect/damage as below:

  • Slightly off-line or crochet
  • Washed (off, fade, shrink and other issues)
  • Stain below 2cm
  • Defects caused by vandalism
  • Button hole or pocket hole did not open
  • Color look different from website

Term & Conditions

  • All Item(s) must be returned in original condition (same packaging, unaltered, unworn, unwashed and with tags intact)
  • Not applicable for Sale items, accessories and specifically stated non-returnable items.
  • Orders placed using discount codes are not applicable for exchange and returns.
  • All items must be shipped back to Bentop Collection within 7 working days upon item received.
  • Returns can only made one time per order number, meaning that any order made with return credit cannot be returned the consequent time.
  • Buyers hold full responsibility until the parcel reach us.
  • We recommend using courier services with tracking numbers so as to minimize the risk of loss parcel.
  • We only refund in credit term. No cash refund(s) are allowed.
  • Refund would only be done as store credit coupon, strictly no cash refund is allowed.
  • You will be issued a store credit coupon equivalent to the purchase price of each returned item(s), valid for 90 days. Delivery fees to return your order, if any, will not be refunded.
  • Store credit coupon can only be used once, not applicable with any other further discount and must be redeemed within 90 days from the date of issued.
    Store credit coupon cannot use to pay shipping fees, only can use store credit coupon to buy items.
  • All return/exchange request will be processed within 7 working days upon receipt of returned items.
  • All return & exchange shipping cost will be borne by buyer (West Malaysia RM8/ East Malaysia RM12).
  • Return won’t be accept if we do not receive RETURN NOTICE/RETURN FORM from Facebook Messenger / Instagram Direct Messege.
  • We reserve the right to reject any returned item if it doesn’t meet all mentioned conditions.
  • All returns which do not meet the above-mentioned criterias will be strictly declined and forfeited.

Wallet Refund Policy

Refund requests by Bentop Collection Wallet

  1. You are not entitled for refund of application after Top Up / withdrawal with Bentop Collection Wallet.

Refund Request by Customer

  1. Refund for customers will be subjected to a service charge fee of 1.5% for Credit and Debit card from the total amount requested.
  2. Refunds are not available for Top Up.

Refund Because of Termination of Service

  1. We deserve the right to terminate your account at any time for any reason in accordance with the terms of our service and we will not give you a refund for the amount that you have paid to us.
  2. Similarly if you terminate our service for whatever reasons, you are not entitled for any refund.

Other Matters

  1. Bentop Collection reserves the right to cancel a transaction in order to comply with the credit card industry regulations, payment processor and banking and FPX ruling, or the need to comply with legal requirements, intellectual property rights, court orders and law enforcement agencies.
  2. In addition Bentop Collection may cancel transactions it reasonably considers to be potentially fraudulent, unlawful, or in breach of Bentop Collection prohibited items and Terms of use of services or privacy policy.
  3. In the event the transaction is refunded , the merchant concerned will be charged a fee of 1.5% from the total amount of the transaction requested for credit and debit card.
  4. Refund is not available for Top Up.
